How Can I deduct the value added tax (VAT) ?
 
If you order as a EU business with your V.A.T. number (all EU countries, including the UK and Sweden), please include your VAT number in the additional note field in the order form. We will deduct 20% VAT from your purchase price. (purchase price divided by 1.20). No Vat deduction for coffee and food, Vat rate is zero for these categories.
 
What should I do if the item that I received is phisically defective ?

If you have purchased a product through this website and believe that it is defective and would like to repair or exchange it within 30 days, you must first contact technical support. Once tech support authorizes the exchange or repair, please send your package insured using a trackable shipping service such as Fedex, UPS or DHL as you feel more confortable. The delivery from Italy to your country of the repaired or exchanged good in this case will be completely covered by our company (this option is available only for the Eu countries).
