Dear Greg,

This machine is the Best! Over the years, ice cream machines have all
been a waste of time and money, compared to this little beauty. There
is nothing that this machine cannot transform into amazing frozen

treats: over the last 24 hours, the first thing we threw in was a
ginger beer which became a slushie, leftover poached pears for a
granita, vanilla custard for the creamiest and lightest ice cream
ever, champagne zabaglione and raspberry puree came together as ripple
ice cream, and this morning a tub of yoghurt has become a sorbet for
breakfast. It is the most expensive kitchen gadget we'll actually use.

Oh, and a breeze to use as well, after my initial anxiety!
