We offer 7-day money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product to us within 7 days in its original condition and packaging. Upon arrival of the returned item, a credit will be issued for the cost of the item minus the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges.
You can use our FedEx Return Ticket service ticket or your favourite express courier.
Note: if you feel more conformable to use our automatic return ticket, the delivery will be paid by credit card.

Refunds.
Should you cancel your purchase with this 7 day 'cooling off' period, we will refund your payment in full, subject to delivery costs we have incurred plus a 10% restocking fee. If your order qualified for free postage then we will refund minus the shipping charges we incurred in delivering your item.  All products should be returned unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. 


Returning unwanted goods
Unwanted goods should be returned within 7 days of delivery. You should post them, unopened and undamaged, to our storehouse centre.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Please remember to give us your name and address, transaction number and a copy of your purchase receipt. Please note that the cost of returning unwanted items is your responsibility.

Refunds for unwanted goods

Providing that unwanted goods are received by us in unused, unopened and re-saleable condition within 10 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods deducting from the total amount the delivery cost to your country plus a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are made by by cheque and posted out to you. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.

All materials in your Caffè Italia appliances are warranted for 12 months from date of original purchase.

This warranty does not cover finishes, nor does it cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, tampering, or units that have been modified or used for commercial purposes.
